BLINKBYTE provides a 100% money back guarantee if, at any time during the first 90 days after purchasing and refund at any time during the one year after purchasing the BLINKBYTEproduct, you are not satisfied with the product or are unwilling to continue conducting business with BLINKBYTE.
In order to obtain a refund, you must "undo" the repairs provided by the BLINKBYTE program. This can be done by going to the Add/Remove programs and choosing BLINKBYTE Repair. From there you can choose to:
Remove BLINKBYTE application
Revert changes BLINKBYTE
Revert and remove BLINKBYTE
All options reside under the uninstall wizard, however, for a refund, only option B is necessary. Additionally, after you have run the "undo" function to return your machine to its original state, you must formally request a refund from BLINKBYTE via our support page, under the Billing and invoices section.
During the course of the refund request, you must maintain contact with BLINKBYTE and comply with BLINKBYTE's requests regarding the removal of the BLINKBYTE product from your computer. This includes removing software and files from your machine and other steps that will remove the BLINKBYTE product from your machine and return your desktop, laptop or other BLINKBYTE supported machine to its former state - even in the event that the prior condition of the machine was an undesirable one.
The 90 days full refund period begins from the immediate Date of Purchase, refund at any time during the one year period from Date of Purchase and the License Key expires one year from Date of Purchase.
In the event that you cannot perform the undo function for any reason, BLINKBYTE will address the issue on a case by case basis.
If a purchase was made on an unsupported machine and/or a repair has not taken place during any time period, BLINKBYTE will address the issue on a case by case basis, and may provide a full refund after the 90 days period.
